RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mod-est Paris order and we offer all customers the option to return any unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
UK CUSTOMERS
If you are a UK customer, and you wish to return your order at your own cost within 14 days of receipt, please contact us on modest.swimline@gmail.com for instructions on how to return an item.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email within 48 hours with confirmation along with instructions to return your item(s). Please return your items to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, ensuring that you include your order number within the package.
PROMOTIONAL/DISCOUNTED ORDERS
We do not offer returns on orders which contain any promotional/sale items or discounts. If you wish to return a promotional/discounted order you may do so within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, by submitting a return request via email or processed through your account. A return fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and, provided all return conditions are met.
NON-UK CUSTOMERS
We do not offer free returns for any customers. If you wish to return your order at your own cost within 14 days of receipt, please contact us Here for instructions on how to return an item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all hang tags, labels and hygiene stickers in place. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot offer you a refund if the product is dirty, has been used, or any hang tags, labels or hygiene stickers have been removed or if the product is not in the original canvas packaging.
If a return is requested beyond 14 days of you receiving your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
For hygiene purposes, we would encourage you to take care and to wear underwear when trying on our products so that it remains in a resalable condition in the event that you wish to return it. We would also ask that you take care in folding and repackaging the product to ensure it arrives back to us in a resalable condition.
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, provided it meets the above conditions, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and you will receive a refund for the price you paid for the product (excluding postage), within 10 working days of us receiving the return. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product is damaged or if you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it by sending an email to modest.swimline@gmail.com.
