Where are you based ?
Modest Paris is based in Manchester, United Kingdom. However, all our garments are designed and crafted in Paris. We are proud to serve customers worldwide, bringing our unique swimwear designs to women everywhere.
Do you do custom orders?
We do not take custom orders. Please send us an email at modest.swimline.com if you have any specific questions about sizing or the specifications of our products.
Do your swimsuits have built in bra/cups?
Our swim dresses and tops do not have a built in bodysuit or removable padding/chest support.
Does your swimwear have shorts attatched underneath?
Can I purchase the top and bottom in different sizes?

How do I wash my swimwear?

What should I do if I did not receive an email confirmation of my order?

If you still cannot locate a confirmation email, please send an email to modest.swimline@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
What currency will I be charged in?
When you visit modestswimline.com, you will be prompted to switch currencies if your local currency is available.
Alternatively, you can select alternative currencies from the dropdown at the bottom of any page on our website.
Our products are priced in British Pounds (£), and prices in alternative currencies are displayed based on the prevailing rate (plus a small conversion fee).
How do I amend/cancel my order?
You can send the team an email at modest.swimline@gmail.com your order number to request an amendment or cancellation. Please note this cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has been prepared for dispatch, we will see if we can amend/cancel your order and issue a refund.
You can click the ‘view my order’ link in your order confirmation email to see the status of your order at any time.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy:
1. Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
3. Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt of your parcel (in line with our returns policy) and place another order for the product of your choice at your own convenience.
How long will my return take?
This depends on the service used.
For UK customers, returns usually take around 3-5 working days to get back to us from the date that you send it back to us.
For international customers, this will depend on the service that you have chosen to return your items. We are not responsible for your return until it is delivered back to us. We would recommend that you choose a trackable service so that you are able to see the status of your parcel.
All returns are unpacked and inspected within 10 working days of receipt. Provided the return meets all of our return conditions, we will process your return and issue your refund alongside an email to notify you of this.
How long will my refund take?
Once we have issued a refund for returned items, please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to be reflected back to your original payment method.

We work hard to ensure that all orders are correct and on time, but we are human and realise mistakes do happen. Please accept our apologies for any issues with your order or delivery and we will do all that we can to rectify this.
What are your support hours?
The team are available Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm UK time and we aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours (but you will usually hear back from us sooner).
